Electrical New Construction

Before drywall goes up in your home, all electrical wiring and connections inside the walls must be installed. This phase is called the electrical rough-in, where wiring is run to every outlet, switch, light fixture, and appliance location throughout the home.

Once drywall is complete, we return for the electrical trim-out—installing switches, outlets, lighting fixtures, and cover plates to bring everything to life.

If you’re building as an owner-builder, BrightLife Electric NV can assist with electrical plan drafting for permitting, ensuring your project is properly designed and code-compliant from the start. If you’re working with a general contractor—or are one—we’re always happy to collaborate and be part of your team.

Every home is unique, so the exact scope of work will vary based on your plans. In general, new construction electrical includes complete wiring and installation for:

  • Lighting and controls
  • Outlets and dedicated circuits
  • HVAC and air conditioning systems
  • Water heaters
  • Ceiling fans and ventilation
